How to Exercise Your Rights |

ISTF will try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it could take longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, ISTF will notify you and keep you updated. Please note that you are entitled to request one copy of the personal data that we hold about you at no cost but, for any further copies, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee based on administration costs. To manage the job applications received and the selection processes, as well as to carry out communications related to them and, where appropriate, for their inclusion in the candidate pool in order to take the application into account in future processes.
